Stunning Designer’s Villa, offering 230 sqm of living space among 2 levels, where you will feel harmony, appreciate its amazing materials, and its perfect organization. Its ground-floor is dedicated to day-rooms (living-room, kitchen) with large sliding windows (all equiped with electric shutters), accessing to a large deck around the heated-pool. The kitchen has been thought, designed and fully equiped in order to cook easily and with pleasure (2 separate sinks, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, full equipments), and has been made with great materials (oak-tree and quartz-stone). Under the staircase, you will use a closet, wc with sink. The upper-floor is dedicated to the night-rooms and is organized with 4 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom such as :

• Master bedroom : large closet, independent wc, large bedroom with king-size-bed, bathrrom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub.
• Bedroom 2 (North) with 2 single beds and its private bathroom (sink, shower)
• Bedroom 3 (North), symetric to bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and its private bathroom (sink, shower)
• Bedroom 4 (South) with a queen-size-bed, accessing the wide terrace, above kitchen
• Bedroom 5 (South) with a queen-size-bed, accessing the same wide terrace as bedroom 4.
• Bathroom (sink and shower) for bedrooms 4 and 5.

This upper-level can be accessed from the garden as well. Other specific equipments :
