The two bedrooms offer beautiful volumes: the first has a 160 cm bed and a magnificent view of the ocean, while the second, equipped with a 180 cm bed, ensures optimal comfort. A bathroom with bath and toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, accessible by an external staircase, an independent space awaits you.
We discover a large terrace of 60 m2 with spectacular views of the ocean, as well as a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a bed of 150 cm, a bathroom and separate toilet.
