An astonishing work, full of poetry and imagination, guaranteed to surprise!
Swiss artist Pipilotti Rist, renowned for her vibrant, emotionally rich video creations, invites us into her unique world, somewhere between dreams and reality.
In this installation, created in 1997, we encounter a smiling woman strolling down the street, smashing car windows with an unusual tropical flower! Lush floral images intertwine with this extraordinary scene, accompanied by mesmerising music.
Blending humour, gentleness and freedom, the artist plays with contrasts, transforming this unexpected act into a poetic and deeply moving visual experience.

Have you ever heard of jeu de quilles de 9? In the Chalosse region, this traditional sport has been passed down from generation to generation. Why not come and give it a try with your family and discover the secrets of this fascinating game?
Head to the bowling alley in Pouillon, where members of the local Quilles Club will give you a warm welcome.
Suitable for ages 15 and over.
An adapted version, with lighter pins and balls, can also be offered to younger participants and women.

An exhibition bursting with spontaneity and creativity, inviting us to let our imagination run free!
An artist accustomed to mural painting and collaborative frescoes, Pyer Vie explores a new approach to creativity here, inspired by the experience of his first open studio in Marseille in 2026.
Through works built up from layers, intuition and free associations, he invites us to discover an artistic process where gestures take precedence over preconceived ideas. There is no need to master everything or understand it all: shapes and images gradually come together, leaving everyone free to form their own interpretation.
A wonderful invitation to embrace the unexpected, awaken your curiosity and rediscover the pleasure of simply looking, without necessarily trying to explain everything!

CHRISTMAS SNOWMAN COMPETITION
GRENADE-SUR-L’ADOUR – Registration open until 27 November
Create your snowman using recycled and/or natural materials!
Open to families of all ages, from children and young people to senior participants.
Let your imagination run wild and create the most beautiful recycled snowman!
All snowmen will be displayed at the Pays Grenadois Tourist Office throughout December.
The public vote will take place during the town’s Christmas market on 12 December.

EXHIBITION – WOMEN IN MULTIPLE FORMS, MULTIPLE WOMEN
BIARRITZ – LA NOUVELLE GALERIE VIRAGE – Until 25 December 2026
A new venue waiting to be discovered, entirely dedicated to art and the exploration of original works!
Galerie Virage invites us to immerse ourselves in the world of 20th-century abstract art through a collection of artistic editions, including lithographs, screen prints, engravings and textile creations. These authentic works, signed and numbered by the artists, make art accessible to everyone.
Throughout the year, the gallery presents two themed exhibitions, alongside cultural and artistic events that encourage sharing and discovery.
This exhibition celebrates some of the great female artists of the 20th century, whose talent and influence have sometimes received far less recognition than they deserve.
From Sonia Delaunay to Joan Mitchell, including Geneviève Claisse, Helen Frankenthaler, Vera Molnar, Dora Maar and Jenny Holzer, discover a wonderful gathering of artists, each with their own distinctive style and fascinating creations.

PROGRAMME – DANCE MONTH
SOUTHERN LANDES – Throughout November 2026
Shows, performances, workshops, film screenings, activities for younger audiences, exhibitions, artist residencies and open days: the 4th edition of Dance Month brings the entire southern Landes region to life with a varied programme offering something for all tastes and ages.
Highlights include a screening in Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse of En Nous, an artistic journey featuring Juliette Binoche and British dancer and choreographer Akram Khan.
In Soustons, discover Thierry Malandain‘s final ballet, Quand l’amour prend le corps, marking the culmination of more than 40 years of his career.
“Salti” by Compagnie Toujours après minuit
Inspired by the tarantella, a traditional dance from southern Italy believed to cure bites from the mythical taranta spider through music and dance, Salti transforms this tradition into a playful and humorous tale.
Three friends take turns playing the roles of the patient and the healers, eventually becoming infected with joy!
A free parent-and-child workshop will be offered after the performance.

A sensitive and distinctive exhibition inviting us to discover new ways of finding our path and seeing the world.
Through her work, Lou Chavepayre explores gestures, constraints and the possibilities offered by artistic creation. Using her hands, her eye and a variety of materials, the artist transforms obstacles into new avenues of expression, gradually developing her own artistic language.
Lignes d’erre brings together traces of these experiences, like so many unexpected paths born from encounters, challenges and discoveries. It is a free-spirited and sensitive approach, in which each line tells a unique story of how we connect with the world around us.
A wonderful invitation to discover an original artistic universe, filled with poetry and emotion!

SPORT – TRAIL DES CHOUETTES
LABENNE – 7 November 2026
Fancy getting active, having fun and enjoying a great time in the great outdoors? The Trail des Chouettes promises an exciting sporting adventure in a festive atmosphere, with live music from a traditional banda brass band!
The event features beautiful routes running between Labenne’s beachfront and woodland areas, with a few surprises in store thanks to the mischievous course marshals, who are sure to keep you entertained!
Several events are on offer: a 10 km or 14 km walk, a 14 km trail race, as well as a free 1.5 km race for children aged 10 to 13.
And because every effort deserves a reward, the day will continue with a friendly buffet and food available on site.
A wonderful opportunity to get active, share a few laughs and enjoy a warm, friendly atmosphere, while supporting the charity Les Invincibles, which will receive €1 for every registration.

Whether you’ve been knitting for years or are a complete beginner, this workshop is open to everyone! Come along, enjoy a relaxing time and share your love of knitting and crochet.
The library provides tea and coffee, as well as a comfortable space to get settled. Just bring your wool, needles and good mood! Stay for 10 minutes, an hour or as long as you like.

QUARTIER MODERNE 30TH AND FINAL EDITION

An event not to be missed ! Quartier Moderne returns for an exceptional edition, which will sadly be its last, bringing to a close 15 wonderful years of inspiring encounters and creative discoveries.
Set at the Espace de l’Océan, overlooking the sea, this much-loved event showcases around 40 designers from south-west France and their latest Autumn-Winter 2026–2027 collections.
Women’s and men’s fashion, jewellery, leather goods, home décor, ceramics, illustration, photography and cosmetics… There will be something for everyone! A wonderful opportunity to discover local talent, find unique creations and support a more responsible approach to fashion and design.
The programme also includes personalisation and embroidery workshops, meetings with artisans, family and friends portrait sessions, live music, children’s readings and plenty of other surprises!
And for food lovers, Milwaukee Café from Biarritz will be there serving delicious coffee, pastries and sweet treats.
