On the heights of Saint Pée sur Nivelle, located about 15 minutes away from Saint Jean de Luz, an authentic basque farm from 17th century, a preserved place out of sight, with a wonderful view over The Rhune and the basque mountains.

This typical farm is surrounded by 3 hectares of meadow, it will seduce lovers of tranquility and authenticity.  Ideal location : beaches are 15/20 minutes away, departures for mountain rides at same distance.

The house has a swimming pool (protected by alarm + fence), with access by a few stairs. Summer dining room under the shelter. Summer lounge with nice mountain view.

This farm is a family house with a simple but authentic decoration.
