In the neighbourhood behind the beautiful beach Ilbarritz, you will find this charming master house with swimming pool and walking distance to the beach.

On the edge of the Avenue de Biarritz and just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Ilbarritz and Pavillon Royal, this beautiful, unoverlooked master house is within easy reach of all your leisure activities. In addition to water sports, the Ilbarritz golf course, equestrian center and trinquet are just a few minutes walk away. You can also reach the Mouriscot lake in less than 500m, from where you can walk or bike through the forest path that will lead you to the beaches.

For gastronomy and festivities, the Blue cargo, La Plancha, Sin and Socket restaurants will delight you with their tasty food and nice atmosphere. The bus stop is just in front of the house, from  where you can take the bus that will take you to Biarritz city center. A supermarket open 7 days a week is just a few meters from the house, and shopping centers are less than 2 km away. The house is perfectly situated to be close to everything you need for a prefect trip, even if it has some nuisances from the traffic.

The villa was completely renovated in 2019 by the Delphine Carrère studio and offers very good comfort with hotel-quality bedding.
Sleeps 12, including 8 adults and 4 children.

Final cleaning is included in your stay, and on your arrival. The accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and the household linen installed (towels, sheets, tea towels).
