Villa from the 30s with modern standard of service

Located between the Casino and South Beach of Hossegor, this villa, built in the 30’s has been totally renovated a few years ago.

This villa is ideally located for spending your vacations with your whole family, and everyone, at every age, will enjoy his stay there :

• The youngest will be able to bath at South beach, where waves are not too strong. This beach is reputated to be THE family beach.
• Teenagers will be able to sleep late in the morning, and to go out at anight, without scaring their parents (or grandparents), because they will be able to go to the place to be by foot or bike.
• Parents will be able to be lazy at the heated-swimming-pool, where they can sunbath without being viewed by the neighbours, eat lunch on the terrace protected by a roof (in order to eat in the shadow that is useful at midday, and go to downtown by bike very easily ; filling the fridge can be done by foot, thanks to a little supermarket, named Leclerc at about 100 meters.
• Grandparents will be able to take advantage of every tiny piece of the villa, and will be able to sleep in one of the two masters’ bedrooms downstairs (private bathroom)
