- One property inspection visit per month
- One monthly intervention: works supervision, access for tradespeople or deliveries
- Secure key holding at the agency, with keys available Monday to Friday during office hours
Prices:
- From €100 incl. VAT/month for an apartment
- Up to €180 incl. VAT/month for a large house
Optional services:
- Cleaning service
- Works supervision
- Grocery shopping
A simple key-holding service at the agency is also available if required.
